FUTURE BARANGAY PLUMBERS. Like their counterparts in the power industry, the future graduates of the Plumbing NC-II training to be conducted by TESDA and the Virac Water District will work with VIWAD in maintaining and repairing household connections in the service area of 24 barangays. Last week, TESDA provincial director Jose Serrano, VIWAD board chairman Tony Kiong and Interim GM Mercy Mendez signed a MOA covering the training, which will be attended by 7 workers from VIWAD.
