FARMERS AND FISHERMEN. received their checks from the Department of Agriculture last May 31 under the 3rd batch of the Akbay assistance program as Gov. Joseph Cua led the provincial government in the culminating activity of the Farmers & Fishermen’s Month celebration at the capitol dome.

Governor, I grow up in Baras. I migrated to the US in 1972. I now live in NYC, USA. I always read the TRIBUNE every day to follow up developments in Catanduanes. Congressman, I congratulate you for the many accomplishments you did in Catanduanes since you become our lone Congressman. I have been wainting for these ROAD IMPROVEMENTS sin I left Catanduanes in 1972 to migrate to the US. I am fram Baras, and I know your MOM & dad VERY WELL. Thanks for everything you did for Catanduanes. I can vote for you now because I have now re-acquired my Filipino Citizenship. I live in NYC, NY, USA.
