RAINLESS SIGNAL #2.
Although Tropical Storm “Ramon” was closest to the island on Nov. 14, there was little rain on that day compared to Nov. 13 when heavy rains brought flooding in barangays Salvacion and Divino Rostro in San Andres (right photo, by San Andres MPS). This is due to the broad, disorganized nature of the storm, with its rain bands not concentrated around its center but largely confined to the west and northwestern sectors of the circulation (left image, RAMBB)
