CHRISTMAS CHEERS 2019 IS ON, following a meeting held recently at The Dungeon, Sea Breeze Restaurant’s reincarnation at the Laynes Building, with program committee chairman Efren T. Sorra discussing the nightly entertainment schedule with representatives of various schools. With funding provided by the Virac LGU and the Cheers committee, the other sponsors of the Dec. 13-30, 2019 Yuletide entertainment festival at Plaza Rizal are the DPWH Catanduanes, Catanduanes Tribune, Marriage Encounterers, Catanduanes Contractors Association, Mountain Cares & Hikers, Cathedral Parish, Catanduanes Tulungan Club and Virac Water District. The full schedule will be released as soon as it is finalized.
