LEVEL 1

1.    A freshman in the Nutrition-Dietetics Programmust be a graduate of a duly accredited high school.

2.    He/She must pass the College Entrance andEnglish Proficiency Test given by the Testing Center of the Catanduanes StateColleges.

3.    He/She must be of good moral character ascertified by the Principal of the school where he/she graduated.

4.    He/She must be physically and mentally fit ascertified by a government physician.

5.    He/She must have an average of 85% or abovein High School (Form 138).

6.    Applicants will be ranked based on thefollowing:

a.    Weighted Average in High School – 50%

b.   College Entrance Test                   - 40%

c.    Interview                                     -  10%

For transferees and shifters, theymust have a general weighted average of 85% or 2.2 or better and passed theCollege Entrance Test and English Proficiency Test given by the testing centerof the Catanduanes State Colleges.

LEVEL II

1.    He/She must have completed and passed allsubjects required in level I with no failing grade in any subject.

2.    He/She must obtain a general weighted averageof 85% (2.2) or better.

LEVEL III

1.    He/She must pass all subjects in Level II.

2.    A student who fails in one (1) subject shallbe allowed to retake the subject only once. Otherwise, he/she will be advisedto shift to another course.

LEVEL IV

1.    He/She must pass all the subjects in LevelIII.

2.    He/She must be physically fit and certifiedby a government physician in preparation for the affiliation/practicum for thesecond semester.
